The front door of my dreams

Finally, a small window of time to peruse my favourite blogs...it has been so long and I am sooo behind- too many pretty pictures and eye candy to waste time smiling at! For instance this pink fairy door.  If I can't have a real life version of the door of my dreams maybe this adorable fairy door will suffice?
A black one for me and a pink one for the girls room I think.
I saw this over at the lovely My Life My Loves and was instantly enamored. Here you can design your own fairy door, choose door & trim colour as well as door style.
Simply adorable wouldn't you agree?

Nursery Prints

With a few friends/family members expecting at the moment I am on the look out for some cute nursery baby gifts.
I am quite taken with the prints from My Sweet Prints, especially the counting in French (purchasing one for the girls room redo), the customised birth print and the bus roll. I also love the Personalised World Map for a baby boy's nursery- very sweet!

Cuckoo Cuckoo

So sweet couldn't you just eat them!
Cuckoo Nest is a New Zealand designer that is responsible for creating these divine felt creations.
Available at Lark. God, there is  way too much beautiful eye candy on Lark- I can easily get stuck there for hours...

in love with...amelie's room

I came across these stunning images from amelie's room and fell in love...pretty, whimiscal and girly.
The story of the princess and the pea, which is the name of their collection and inspiration for the shoot, is a total childhood favourite of mine. The tower of "mattresses" with the knitted green peas peeking out- oh so pretty! I want a pile of pretty mattresses in my house...
