Sweet Girl's room

I was visiting my sister yesterday (Erin over at The Wifestyle Files) and just love admiring and looking at all the goodies in her daughters pretty pink and turquoise room.

Thought I would share some pictures of all the pretties and her cost effective decorating and accessories...

Cute cluster art wall including chalk board, pretty pictures and prints in various new and thrifted frames, hanging rack and revamped ornate mirror.

The mirror was a $2 find at a thrift shop and spray painted white, chalk board is a painted inexpensive frame with an insert painted with chalkboard paint- what a bargain!

Sweet twinkly fairy lights on the bedhead and hanging paper lanterns

Cceramic doves, candle and glass perfume bottle picked up for a couple of dollars at a thrift shop.
Vintage style suitcases in various sizes

Dressing table (revamped piece from home) with beautiful pink rose door knobs

Fairy lights with decorative paper cones- these are so effective and are simply paper doilies wrapped around each light and secured with tape. Fantastic, easy little project- Love it!

how cute! What i'm wondering is .. does that room always look that tidy?
My girls have a really cute room also, but it never stays that organized.
One day of playing school or babies or dress-up and the organization is demolished!

As any kids rooms goes- it never stays that tidy!

Especially after my daughter Mazie, AKA cyclone Mazie has been there! :-)
